Day Thirty-One: that his wife would continue to pray for him
May the God of endurance and encouragement grant you to live in such harmony with one another, in accord with Christ Jesus, –Romans 15:5
This is how my husband has closed out the other prayer challenges. I think it is fitting for us to close out our 31 days of praying for our husbands in the same way. I pray that you would continue to pray for your husband. Furthermore, I pray that you would encourage other wives to take this challenge and pray for their husbands. As you do this I pray that the God of endurance and encouragement would cause you to endure in your love for your husband. I hope that you have grown in the Lord this month and that you have been encouraged. May Christ be glorified as you continue to love your husband through praying for him.
Lord, thank you for all those that have prayed for their husbands. I pray that they would continue. Help me to continue praying for my husband as well. Cause us to endure in this great endeavor. May Christ be glorified through us. Transform our homes for His name. Use us as living examples of you. Amen.
